Those of you attending O’Reilly’s Web 2.0 Conference may wish to come heckle me and my co-panelists at tomorrow’s 8:30am panel session, “What’s In A Tag?”
Joining me will be Tantek Çelik of Technorati, Caterina Fake of Flickr, Tony Stubblebine of O’Reilly, and Jeff Veen of Adaptive Path.
If there’s enough interest, I’d love to organize a get-together sessions on Wednesday evening. Drop me line if you are interested (please suggest venues near the conference center as well.)

I see from the Good Experience blog

that you all are looking for a User Experience Director. Any particular level of technical ability you are seeking?

I really enjoyed your panel session…the tagging session was one of the best and most fun of all the Web2con sessions!

Offtopic but when are you planning to restart the “Bookmark” import feature in delicious?

Brodie,
My friend Knute (clipboard toting white zombie) took your post personally. He spent two years in the Peace Corps in Haiti carrying a clipboard helping them conserve the forts built by the rebelling slaves during the Haitian revolution, but he’s no zombie. But I thought you would like to know that I have been told that SHA is no longer trying to acquire the homes of your friend and her family. Plans changed when the Kroc Foundation Community Center was given to another city - Coeur d’Alene I think. He doesn’t work for SHA and his project for the non profit Housing Resource Group never had anything to do with the eminent domain acquisition anyway. He’s a smart and funny guy and maybe to the left of you or me, so give him a break.
